Self-employed to Limited

Oh fun, those dreaded words of tax, HMRC and accountants. 2020 was a great year for us so the jump from self-employed to limited is now happening. Don’t get me wrong I am excited but do I understand it all? Heck no! Self-employment is easy to understand, what comes in, what goes out, what left is yours, roughly. Limited on the other hand where does one start, I will leave it to the experts.

What does this mean for you?

We are still the same and you need to do nothing. From today, 1st February 2021 our invoicing will change to include our legal name of the company as well as our VAT details, more on this in a minute. Nothing else is planned to change. 100% of our direct debits go through Go Cardless of which will stay completely the same. Our Bank details have changed but we will let you know of this on payment.

VAT

From today VAT will be added to your invoices, please not some quotes/payments already include VAT so the price will not increase. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

When will VAT and Limited go live?

Today. As mentioned hopefully there is nothing for you to do in regards to this VAT and legal formation change but of course, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in contact with me.
